To ensure all training fully meets the required business and individual objectives, a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) can be carried out.  We would recommend that  this involves the following key steps:

bulletAn initial meeting with a TTV consultant to identify overall objectives and required level of competence for individuals and teams. If required, skills assessments can be arranged.
bulletWe will help you develop your training plan
bulletCompleting a review or on-going TNA is then extremely valuable in order to update the training plan as competence levels increase or where new staff join the organisation.

The analysis phase is the building block of a training programme. The basis for who must be trained, what must be trained, when training will occur, and where the training will take place are accomplished in this phase.      The product of this phase is the foundation for all subsequent development activities.

The single best method of completing a Training Needs Assessment is to spend time with a trained consultant and discuss the position, bringing in relevant team members to the various parts.   The Consultant and organisation will look at the business and consider your Key Tasks and the People Development needs.
